Relaxation at Redroofs was launched in February 2003 and provides holistic therapies and beauty treatments. Treatments offered in the cosy relaxation room include massage, aromatherapy, relaxing facials, manicures, pedicures, reiki, Hot Stone Therapy and Indian head massage. Treatments are available every afternoon, evening and Saturday.

Holistic Therapies

Reiki
Also known as the Japanese form of stress reduction, this is a natural healing method which works with the body's own energy (Ki). Calming and relaxing, no oils are used and you remain fully clothed.

This blissfully relaxing body massage involves the use of warmed, black basalt stones cupped in the therapists hands, which interact with the energy fields of your body. It is a warm, nurturing and effective way of melting away tension and stress.

Indian Head Massage
An oil free, deeply relaxing massage treatment of the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. The client remains clothed and sits upright in a chair. Helpful for relieving stress, tension and headaches.

Hopi Ear Therapy
A gentle and calming treatment using Hopi ear candles. Used for relaxation it may also help conditions such as sinusitis, tinnitus, ear pressure problems, snoring and compacted wax. A face and neck massage is included.

The Natural Lift & Sculpting Facial aims to improve the complexion, remove toxins from the face, prevent and reduce wrinkles and age spots and balance the life force energy holistically, which helps improve overall health.

The treatment will achieve noticeable results after one session. For a more reconstructive effect it is recommended to have 2 or 3 close together, followed by monthly treatments to maintain and build on the results.
