Relaxation at Redroofs was launched in February 2003. Treatments offered in the cosy relaxation room include massage, aromatherapy, relaxing facials, manicures, pedicures, reiki, Hot Stone Therapy and Indian head massage. Treatments are available every afternoon, evening and Saturday.

Holistic Therapies

Reiki
Also known as the Japanese form of stress reduction, this is a natural healing method which works with the body's own energy (Ki). Calming and relaxing, no oils are used and you remain fully clothed.
